Yes, my now 10-month old has decided to start weaning herself.
I think my absence at the women's retreat started that process.
Nothing like a bottle to make the milk flow!
Now she doesn't want to be patient ... but would rather have a bottle.
But stubborn as I am, I'll keep her nursing at least 1-2 times a day for as long as I can!

I totally get this. I've had a couple really "independent" kiddos who did not cooperate with my timeline....and we wrestled. Best wishes to you.
