The campsite may have been a disappointment, but Red River was an adorable little mountain town. We had a great time picnicing, walking down main street & watching the duck race down the river. The weather was perfect and even rained a bit.

4th of July
Note to self, never book a camp site online, especially when camping in a campground ... as there's nuthin' but campers and RVs! yuk! Not to mention the fire ban, which forced us to roast marshmallows over our propane stove?!?! Whatever works, right?

Fantastic pictures! Looks like great fun and a lovely area! Sorry the campsite wasn't quite as lovely as the rest of the place.
